Harrogate HUB...

We're super excited to be exhibiting at the Harrogate Home and Gift tradeshow this week, and even more excited that all the handwork in the studio can be shared with everyone as we launch many new collections!

Our new collection Copperfield, with beautifully fluted copper letters hot foiled on to board sourced from the Lake District.

On display is our limited edition Copperfield print, up for grabs in our prize draw for every order placed at the Harrogate tradeshow.

New male Darling Denim hits the stands.

COPPERFIELD

Take a minute to consider our NEW greeting card collection, COPPERFIELD, launching at Harrogate Home and Gift Tradeshow that we are super excited about… we live for trend, fashion, paper, fine art and design.

The board has been made in the Lake District (not far from us) and is FSC accredited and acid free. Thank you to our printer who is just over the hills and have used a technique called hot foiling which beautifully flutes each copper letter.

Come and see us and our NEW collection COPPERFIELD, along with many other NEW additions to our greeting card and giftware ranges between the 19-22 July 2015, Stand DP260.

Once upon a time at the Retas...

Once upon a time, in the land of London on Wednesday 8th, an awards ceremony was held at the Dorchester. This was no ordinary awards ceremony, it was the only one to celebrate greeting card retailing in the United Kingdom and went by the name THE RETAS.

Launched by the Progressive Greetings magazine in 2005. The Retas recognises the tremendous contribution that retailers both large and small, make to the success of the greeting card industry, from top independent and multiple greeting card retailers right through to employees of outstanding excellence.

A fabulous time was had by all at the fairytale themed Retas Awards, now in its eleventh year, and our very own Kerry Mellor took to the mic for the stand up sit down game at the beginning of the meal. Belly Button Designs were proud to sponsor this with a Fabulous Fortnum and Mason voucher for the lucky winner.

Our very own fairy “PALOMA” heard the theme of the night as being based on enchanted fairytales and couldn’t resist but get everyone in the studio to don their fairy dust and create magical wands for each of the guests for the menu.
